What does culture mean to your organization? The idea is often elusive and, as this article exhibits, deserving of "quotes" (in an almost cynical way).
I will agree with one of the last points in this Economist article:
"it is often the little things that matter."
We do know that a positive company culture enables innovative behaviour, inspires teams, grows leaders. But how do we do that, exactly? Start by defining values with your team and allow those values to direct decision-making. It could be a great way to develop a culture (sans "quotes") .
